We care about our client's health, so we only use imported Caputo 00 flour for our dough which is bleach and bromate free!

Reaching temperatures of up to 900°F, it creates the perfect environment for baking pizzas in just 90 seconds, resulting in that signature leopard-spotted crust, slightly charred edges, and perfectly melted toppings that define authentic Neapolitan pizza.
